• Sales Executive – Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the marine industry
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales leads
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Achieve individual sales targets and revenue goals
• Sales Team Lead – Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve overall targets
• Develop sales strategies and monitor team performance
• Build and maintain key client relationships in the marine sector
• Review sales pipeline, forecasts, and reporting
• Coach and mentor team members to improve performance

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Marine, or related field
• Experience in sales, preferably within the marine or industrial sector
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
• Willing to travel for client meetings when required
• For Team Lead role: Prior leadership or team management experience required
