Provide administrative support for recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and documentation tracking.
  • Assist in the preparation, submission, renewal, and cancellation of work pass applications

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, work pass trackers, and personnel files.
  • Coordinate repatriation arrangements, including home leave logistics.
  • Work closely with external agencies or service providers on recruitment and work pass matters.
General HR Administration
  • Prepare HR documentation such as onboarding forms and employee records.
  • Support onboarding administration for new hires, including checklist preparation and document collection.
  • Update HR systems with employee data and handle general administrative tasks.
  • Assist with ad-hoc HR projects or activities as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. (Entry candidates are welcome).
  • Prior experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, or work pass administration is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
