Job Summary
We are looking for a meticulous and organised Temp HR Assistant to provide administrative and logistical support to our client's Human Resource Management team. The role will mainly support recruitment related activities and may also assist with HR events and other administrative duties when required.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative and logistical support for recruitment activities within the HR Management team.
- Assist with coordination between HR team members, internal stakeholders and relevant parties on recruitment matters.
- Support HR events where required, including sourcing for quotations, designing EDMs and assisting with event logistics.
- Prepare and maintain HR related documents, records and trackers accurately.
- Assist with general HR administrative duties and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
- Degree holders.
- Relevant working experience in HR related functions will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Meticulous, organised and able to work independently.
- Able to manage tasks efficiently and follow through on assigned work.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
