About the role
Join the team at EASYAD CONSULTING PTE. LTD.', a leading accounting firm, as an Account and HR Assistant. In this full-time role based in Raffles Place Central Region, you will play a crucial part in supporting the company's accounting and human resources functions.
What you'll be doing- Providing comprehensive bookkeeping and accounting support, including data entry, invoicing, and financial reporting
- Assisting with human resources tasks such as employee onboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration
- Answering inquiries and providing administrative support to the accounting and HR teams
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and filing systems
- Collaborating with the wider team to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Proven experience in a similar account and HR assistant role, preferably within an accounting or professional services firm
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in using accounting software and other relevant business applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and organised approach
- Knowledge of Singapore's accounting and HR regulations and best practices
