SALES MANAGER – TRAVEL AGENCY

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our travel sales team and drive business growth. If you have strong leadership skills and a passion for the travel industry, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotions
Build strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and travel suppliers
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Provide training, guidance, and motivation to the sales team
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
Requirements:
Proven experience in travel agency sales or a related industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation & customer service skills
Good knowledge of travel products (air tickets, tours, hotel bookings, etc.)
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Proactive, result-driven, and well-organised
Mandarin or other language skills will be an added advantage (optional)
