We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our travel sales team and drive business growth. If you have strong leadership skills and a passion for the travel industry, we want to meet you!- Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotions
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and travel suppliers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Provide training, guidance, and motivation to the sales team
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in travel agency sales or a related industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation & customer service skills
- Good knowledge of travel products (air tickets, tours, hotel bookings, etc.)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Proactive, result-driven, and well-organised
- Mandarin or other language skills will be an added advantage (optional)
