1️⃣ Partnership Development
Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with property agents and agencies for referral or co-marketing programs.
Conduct presentations or showroom walkthroughs to introduce Renologist’s design and renovation services.
Build a strong network within the property community to generate consistent renovation leads.
2️⃣ Client Relationship & Referral Growth
Reconnect with existing Renologist clients to explore referral opportunities and maintain long-term relationships.
Create engagement touchpoints like appreciation gifts, styling check-ins, or mini-events to encourage word-of-mouth referrals.
Track and analyse referral performance from both clients and agent networks.
3️⃣ Lead Generation & Conversion Support
Follow up on incoming referrals and ensure smooth handover to interior designers.
Work with the marketing team to refine referral incentives, campaigns, and promotions.
Provide insights on lead sources, conversion rates, and partnership ROI.
4️⃣ Brand & Event Activation
Plan and host networking sessions, showroom events, or open houses for agents and clients.
Collaborate with vendors (e.g. Mayer, Nippon Paint, SNS) on co-marketing or sponsorship initiatives.
Represent Renologist at industry events and exhibitions.
5️⃣ Reporting & Strategy
Maintain a database of property agents, client referrals, and partnership outcomes.
Prepare weekly summaries on new collaborations, agent activities, and project conversions.
Suggest strategies to improve referral quality and lead flow.
