Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and all relevant EHS regulations, licenses, and certifications.
• Oversee site safety programs including laser safety, hazardous substance management, and emergency preparedness (CERT).
• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Drive sustainability initiatives and monitor performance in areas such as energy, water, and waste management.
• Lead EHS training, audits, and awareness programs to strengthen safety culture and operational compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on improvement projects, regulatory submissions, and EHS documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Registered WSHO (MOM) and FSM (SCDF); certified Laser/Radiation Safety Officer.
• Experienced in managing CERT (Company Emergency Response Team) activities.
• Knowledgeable in Laser Safety license application and regulatory compliance.
