About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) to be the cornerstone of our safety culture. You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with safety regulations and fostering a safe working environment across our operations and client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with all WSH Act and legal regulations across the workplace and various project sites.
- Conduct daily safety inspections, meetings, and prepare EHS reports.
- Supervise and monitor the safety of Field Service and Factory Support operations on-site.
- Promote a strong safety culture and execute all company EHS initiatives effectively.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams on all safety-related matters.
Requirements:
- Registered WSHO with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
- Must possess a Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health (Level C).
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience as a WSHO.
- Experience in construction safety or cleanroom environments is a strong advantage.
- A proactive self-starter with strong communication and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
