Position : Quality Safety Administrator (ISO Compliance/WICA/Insurance) – Up to $3,800

Location : East – Changi South Street
Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 6,15pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,800 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the QEHS Lead on compliance (ISO, WICA, Insurance).
Prepare and distribute reports (daily, weekly, monthly), KPI tracking, and presentation slides.
Coordinate meetings, document minutes, and track action items.
Manage office administration and feedback channels.
Update, analyze, and distribute data from online collection systems.
Collaborate with all departments to support QEHS objectives.

Requirements:

Minimum A Level with at least 1-3 years of relevant working experience
Experienced in writing meeting minutes
Knowledge and understanding of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and Insurances
Basic safety, health and environmental knowledge
