Job Summary:

Basic Salary: $2800 - $3000
Working hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5.30pm
Working Location: Pioneer Road (Near Tuas West Road MRT)
Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinated daily vessel and shipment operations with principals, agents, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Managed end-to-end shipping documentation
Ensured timely and accurate submission of weekly operational and performance reports.
Liaised with stakeholders to resolve operational issues and support efficient workflow across departments.
Maintained proper documentation records in compliance with company and operational requirements.
Supported billing processes and verified documentation accuracy for invoicing purposes.
Assisted in monitoring shipment progress and operational schedules.
Performed ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Diploma in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the marine or shipping industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Familiar with PSA International procedures, port operations, and shipyard permit requirements.
Available to commence work immediately or within short notice.
