Job Specifications
  • Email enquires, preparation of quotations, billing advice, consolidation of operations document
  • Maintain communication and relationships with crew
  • Verify qualifications and certificates of potential and/or newly recruited crew (STCW, Manning Licence)
  • Support deployment schedule planning and update crew manifests, according to crew availability
  • Support vessel manning by identifying seafarers who are qualified, experienced and medically fit, in accordance to current regulations and best practices
  • Ensure day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly ISO Objectives and its designated vessels
  • Perform reception duty and office routines as assigned from time-to-time
  • Follow-up with Client's emails
Person Specification
  • At least GCE 'O' Level / Higher Nitec (Business Management)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Marine Industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of MS Office, UBS software – Inventory Control management, accounting, Netiquette
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Diligent and responsible
  • Able to work independently
  • Positive working and learning attitude
