Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the CEO and broader business operations.
This role offers exposure across executive coordination, operations support, marketing activities, and on-ground business execution, making it ideal for a Singapore-based candidate who is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced international startup environment.
The position works closely with senior leadership and provides hands-on experience in executive-level business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support- Manage CEO calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Arrange travel bookings, itineraries, and logistics
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and reports
- Maintain records, documents, and administrative tracking systems
- Support correspondence and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO
- Coordinate internal meetings and external business engagements
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
- Assist with office administration and operational tasks
- Track action items and timelines assigned by management
- Support general business coordination across company activities
- Assist with basic marketing coordination and social media updates
- Support preparation of company materials, announcements, or presentations
- Coordinate with external vendors or media partners when required
- Maintain organized marketing and communication records
- Assist in organizing corporate meetings, business events, and visits
- Provide on-ground coordination support during meetings or events
- Support logistics for visiting partners and stakeholders
- Provide occasional personal administrative support to the CEO when required
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of administrative or executive support experience preferred
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a startup setting
