Job Description
As an HR Intern, you will assist with a variety of HR administrative tasks and projects to support recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and engagement activities. This internship is ideal for individuals keen to pursue a career in Human Resources, especially within a dynamic and growing environment.
Responsibilities- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and posting job ads
- Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and onboarding kits
- Help maintain and update employee records and databases
- Track and compile attendance and leave records
- Assist with work pass documentation and applications
- Participate in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and company events
- Ensure HR filing and documentation are well-organized and compliant
- Support the HR team on day-to-day operations and ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in HR functions and eagerness to learn
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Able to commit at least 3 months
- Exposure to end-to-end HR processes in both F&B and retail automotive industries
- Hands-on experience working in a fast-paced, hybrid concept environment
