About the role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Administrative Assistant to join our team. This full-time role is based in the Tuas Region and will provide crucial administrative support to our dynamic and fast-paced organisation.
What you'll be doing- Providing exceptional administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Assisting with the organisation and maintenance of office operations and supplies
- Serving as the first point of contact for visitors and handling incoming phone calls and correspondence
- Supporting the execution of company events and meetings
- Demonstrating a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the office
- At least 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous demeanour
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work tasks
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and adapt to a dynamic work environment

We are a 40 years old trading company in Tuas seeking the services of an admin officer with basic experience. 5 days week, transport provided at pick up points in Jurong area.
