Key Responsibilities- Manage daily service scheduling and technician deployment
- Ensure 100% compliance with NEA & SFA regulations
- Conduct site audits and quality inspections
- Review pest trend reports and implement corrective actions
- Handle customer complaints and escalation cases
- Lead and train technicians
- Ensure proper chemical usage and safety compliance
- Monitor KPIs and service performance
(Manager role includes budgeting, manpower planning, and strategic improvements.)
Requirements- 3–5 years (Executive) / 5–10 years (Manager) pest control experience
- F&B sector experience preferred
- NEA licensed Vector Control Technician
- Class 3 Driving licence
- Experience handling audits (SFA / HACCP / ISO / BRC preferred)
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
