As part of our continued growth in Singapore, we are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to expand our client base and strengthen our market presence.

• Drive new business opportunities by identifying, developing, and securing new client accounts across various industries.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships through consultative sales and a deep understanding of recruitment needs.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and account managers to deliver tailored staffing solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closure.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to develop effective business strategies.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
• Represent the company at networking events, industry forums, and client meetings.

• Minimum 3–5 years’ proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the recruitment or HR solutions industry.
• Strong client-facing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• High drive for results with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Singapore’s manpower market and labour regulations will be an added advantage
