We are seeking a motivated fresh graduate to join our team as a Research & Business Development Executive. This role focuses on supporting the setup and development of an immersion liquid cooling turnkey solution test lab. It combines technical support and business development functions to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our immersion cooling R&D projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• To assist in the setup and maintenance of immersion liquid cooling infrastructure, including tanks, pumps, monitoring systems, and safety protocols.
• Support preparation of test environments to host client servers for immersion cooling trials.
• Ensure accurate documentation of setup procedures, equipment calibration, and operational guidelines.
• Conduct literature reviews and benchmarking on immersion cooling technologies and market trends.
• Participate in experimental studies to evaluate cooling efficiency, energy savings, and performance improvements.
• Explore potential enhancements to the immersion cooling solution, such as fluid properties, thermal management, and hardware compatibility.
• Collect, organize, and analyze technical and experimental data to support ongoing R&D efforts.
• Prepare clear study reports summarizing methodology, findings, and recommendations.
• Develop internal documentation and knowledge-sharing materials to support team learning.
• Provide concise updates to the project team and management to facilitate informed decision-making.

• Fresh graduates with a degree in Sustainability, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding or keen interest in cooling technologies, data center infrastructure, or related engineering concepts is a plus.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Comfortable working in a diverse and positive work environment.

Contract Details:

• 6 months contract with opportunities to convert to full time permanent employment.
