Business Development Executive
- Location: Sims Close
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9.30am - 6.30pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + Commission + Transport Reimbursement + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits
- Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Proactively reach out via cold calls, emails, networking, and referrals
- Arrange and attend client meetings to present company capabilities
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Work closely with the design team to develop proposals and pitches
- Convert leads into projects and achieve sales targets
- Explore new industries and potential markets
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales / business development
- Comfortable with cold outreach and client pitching
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
