Branch Sales Manager (Banking)

Our client, a well-established international bank with a strong presence in Asia, is seeking an experienced Branch Sales Manager to join their retail banking team. This role offers the opportunity to lead branch operations, drive business growth and strengthen customer relationships within a stable and reputable organization.

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Relationship Managers to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee client acquisition, retention and portfolio growth by implementing effective relationship management strategies.
• Drive branch performance through targeted sales initiatives, cross-selling opportunities and personalized financial solutions.
• Ensure adherence to banking regulations, internal policies and risk management guidelines.
• Monitor branch performance, analyze financial reports and implement action plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of branch management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of retail banking products.
