Responsibilities:

Perform installation, maintenance and repair of coffee machines and related equipments.
Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic checks to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Adhere to safety standards and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
Oversee the servicing, upkeep, and maintenance of in-house equipment and manage spare parts inventory.
Communicate directly with external partners and customers to provide technical assistance and updates.
Manage technical correspondence, including calls and emails, and provide timely customer support.

Requirements:

Nitec in Engineering with 3 years of hands-on equipment servicing experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM systems is a plus
Independent, organized, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment
Possess own motorcycle and driving licence preferred
