The Sales Coordinator is responsible for the general office and administrative duties to support the Sales & Marketing Team. He/She is also responsible for assisting the sales team in basic administrative duties including drafting of sales proposals and agreements, prepare expenses and coordinate and follow-up on assigned tasks.

Our Expectations:

  • Oversee the general administration functions and manage full spectrum of sales & marketing administrative including filing, sending emails, typing, copying, distributing mails etc.
  • Coordinate and arranging meetings with the concerned parties including booking of function room and meeting dictation.
  • Assist with the processing of purchase orders and stock requisitions.
  • Ensures compliance with data entry standards and ensure integrity of database.
  • Ensure work tasks are completed on time and meet appropriate quality standards and consistency.
  • Prepare and review written documents such as proposals, contracts, reports, meeting minutes etc to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in the updating or preparation of monthly action plan or month end report.
  • Assist with the preparation of department expense claims.
  • Giveaways and stationeries inventory management.
  • Communicate and follow-up with vendors on assigned events and tasks.
  • Assist with the preparation of pre-trip call schedule, post trip expense claims.
  • Assist to coordinate any HR related activities for the department.
  • Assist in conducting marketing intelligence as required.
  • Participate in the sales blitzes as required.
  • Conduct tele-sales for business leads solicitation.
  • Attend to incoming calls with proper qualification and assign calls to the right contact point.
  • Conduct hotel tours for clients.
  • Attend to guest queries for walk-ins and incoming calls.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests.
  • Booking creations in the Opera Sales & Catering.
  • Coordinate all internal sales support and any special rooms or food & beverage (including catering) promotions that may occur from time to time.

  • Partake, coordinate and attend any in-house events including RSVP, attendance list etc
