Responsibilities:
- Attends to inquiries and emails promptly and professionally
- Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Track customer purchasing trends to support retention strategies.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and purchase orders based on client needs.
- Coordinate with internal departments on delivery schedules and invoicing.
- Verify delivery orders and invoices to resolve any discrepancies in advance.
- Maintain accurate records and update the customer database regularly.
- Support daily operations and aftermarket services, including ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
