Airfreight Operations Officer [ 5 days / Import ]

Basic Salary: $2800 - $3200

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee end-to-end air freight operations, including cargo receipt, handling, and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all air cargo regulations, company policies, and industry procedures.
• Prepare, process, and verify all shipment documentation, such as air waybills, customs clearance forms, and invoices.
• Track and monitor shipments, providing timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with airlines, ground handlers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth cargo movement.
• Handle and resolve operational issues, delays, damages, or discrepancies related to shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of cargo operations, including manifests, shipment details, and billing information, ensuring timely and correct invoicing.
• Stay updated on industry trends and provide feedback to management; perform additional tasks as assigned.
