Job Description
- Supervise cleaning teams to ensure compliance with SOPs and service standards.
- Monitor daily operations and conduct site inspections with clients (e.g. CAG); follow up on cleaning gaps.
- Plan work schedules and deploy manpower efficiently.
- Review cleaning job reports and prepare information for monthly meetings.
- Compile basic operational data and propose improvements to work processes.
- Conduct daily roll calls and team briefings.
- Manage staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Handle feedback, investigations, and incident report submissions.
- Ensure operational KPIs are met.
- Perform other reasonable ad-hoc operational duties as assigned.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in cleaning operations or a related field.
- Able to work at East location(s).
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with alternate weekend duties.
- Good communication and basic supervisory skills.
- Salary: SGD 3,400 – 3,800, commensurate with experience.
