Architectural Designer
Bedok Full-time
- To assist and support in any type of architectural/interior/landscape design project to meet the established project objectives (quality and standard).
- To engage in brainstorming and design discussion/workshops so as to explore design possibilities and chart design direction for the project.
- To undertake design research in a vigorous and thorough manner pertaining to the subject.
- To develop designs throughout all stages from feasibility studies to detail design.
- To assist in preparation of presentation, material boards, detailing and contract documentation packages.
- To understand and apply relevant local building codes and regulations as directed by Project Architect
- To liaise with client/consultants/contractors/suppliers on matters of design and technical coordination
- To attend consultant/ project meetings and assist in project administration works.
- To support the Project Architect and conduct site inspections on matters of design & technical coordination issues.
- To work and coordinate with fellow team members on collective assignments.
