We are looking for a professional, talented, and experienced Architects /Landscape Architects/ Draftsperson to join our team, based in Singapore.

• Development of concept design through to detailed construction drawings for a range of international projects
• Preparation of Technical / Illustrative drawings in AutoCAD, Adobe, SketchUp & Lumion
• Technical support and assistance to Directors and senior staff in all areas of design and documentation stage

• Degree in relevant field from a recognized institution
• 2+ years of professional experience in the industry
• A good understanding of the entire design process
• Excellent technical and graphic understanding and skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, MS Office, SketchUp, Lumion and/or hand drawing skills
• Clear English communication, both written and oral
• Project and time management skills to meet targets and deadlines
• Proven experience as both an ambitious individual and effective team player
• International Resort and/or Hotel project experience and understanding would be an advantage
• Enthusiasm, an outgoing personality, and a good sense of humor!
• A valid passport and willingness to travel.
