Senior Architectural Designer

About the role

Zarch Collaboratives' is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. This full-time role will be based in our office in the Downtown Core Central Region. As a Senior Architectural Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design and execution of our prestigious projects within the architecture industry.

• Collaborate with the project team to develop conceptual designs and detailed technical drawings
• Conduct site visits and feasibility studies to inform the design process
• Produce high-quality 2D and 3D visualisations to present design proposals
• Coordinate with consultants and authorities to ensure design compliance
• Contribute to the overall planning and organisation of projects
• Mentor and guide junior designers to develop their skills

• At least 3 years of post-qualification experience as an Architectural Designer, in Singapore
• Recognized Degree in Architecture or a related field
• Familiarity with Singapore's building regulations, zoning laws, and construction practices is crucial
• Proficient in using CAD software, 3D modelling, and visualisation tools
• Good communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• A passion for innovative design and the ability to think outside the box
