Job description:
Job Summary
Assist the Corporate Communications team in planning and executing internal campaigns and employee engagement events.
Key Responsibilities- Support the creation of internal and external communications materials, including newsletters, announcements, intranet updates, and drafting of captions and simple visuals for social media posts.
- Assist in producing multimedia content such as infographics, videos, EDMs, newsletters and corporate presentations.
- Provide support in the planning and execution of internal campaigns and employee events.
- Conduct media monitoring and prepare reports on industry trends and company coverage.
- Assist in ensuring consistency of brand identity across communication materials, under the guidance of the team.
- Carry out research and benchmarking on communication practices within the maritime and related sectors.
- Provide administrative and project support to the communications team as required.
- Photo and video coverage at events -help capture event photos/videos for internal archives.
- Practical exposure to corporate communications in a multinational business.
- Opportunities to develop professional writing, design and content creation skills.
- Experience supporting events, campaigns and corporate branding initiatives.
- Insight into communications practices in the maritime industry.
- The internship position requires a minimum commitment of 6 months.
