Your Opportunity Starts Here. Why Join Play a key role in driving growth and innovation in Emerging Business as an Emerging Business Intern in Global Enterprise Banking. As part of the Global Commercial Banking team, you'll contribute to the critical function of sales, customer engagement, and market research.
You'll develop your skills in sales, analysis, and stakeholder engagement while working closely with experienced professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. How you succeed To excel in this role, you'll need to be a curious and analytical individual with excellent presentation and communication skills.
You'll be able to work closely with the sales team, analyze data, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Your ability to communicate effectively with individuals at various levels will be crucial in building relationships and driving results.

What you do Your responsibilities will include: Participating in sales training sessions and joint customer visits with sales to gain firsthand insights into our business operations and client interactions Reviewing existing reports and processes to identify areas for improvement and providing enhancement proposals Conducting market research to evaluate Loan Broker engagements and gather insights on customer experiences and expectations Supporting the department with sustainability efforts by evaluating new customers and identifying missed cross-sell opportunities Scheduling regular feedback sessions to discuss progress, observations, and learning experiences throughout the internship Presenting findings and proposals to the team at the end of the internship Who you work with The Emerging Business team in Global Enterprise Banking is at the forefront of driving growth and innovation.

Who you are Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree Good analytical and presentation skills Good knowledge of MS Office Customer-centric with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the sales team Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset Learning Objectives This internship will provide you with: Exposure to sales, customer engagement, and market research in a commercial banking environment Development of analytical and presentation skills through data analysis and proposal development Opportunities to improve communication and interpersonal skills through customer interactions and feedback sessions Familiarity with sustainability efforts and cross-sell opportunities in the banking industry Hands-on experience in presenting findings and proposals to a team What we offer: Competitive base salary.
