Your Opportunity Starts Here. Why Join Play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences as a Middle Market Intern in Global Enterprise Banking. As part of the Global Commercial Banking team, you'll contribute to the critical function of relationship management and customer service.
You'll develop your skills in customer communication, product knowledge, and operational support while working closely with experienced professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. How you succeed To excel in this role, you'll need to be a customer-centric individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work independently.
You'll be able to provide efficient customer services, maintain customer relationships, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Your ability to work collaboratively with the operation team and support the Relationship Managers will be crucial in driving business outcomes and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What you do Your responsibilities will include: Improving knowledge on all bank products, credit standards, and documentation to provide efficient customer services Assisting in maintaining customer relationships and responding to customer inquiries Following up on pending documents from customers and supporting the operation team in handling customer operation-related transactions Supporting the Operation Services team to help customers complete drawdown preparations and liaising with customers to rectify defective documents Assisting Relationship Managers with customer service and opening of new accounts for clients, preparing necessary documents for data quality, loan agreements, KYC (Know your customer), etc.

Who you are Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree Customer-centric with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the operation team Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities Learning Objectives This internship will provide you with: Exposure to customer relationship management and customer service in a commercial banking environment Development of product knowledge and operational support skills Opportunities to improve communication and interpersonal skills through customer interactions Familiarity with credit standards, documentation, and customer due diligence processes Hands-on experience in supporting Relationship Managers and the operation team What we offer: Competitive base salary.
