At this juncture, we're in search of a dynamic candidate to join our international team who will report to the Head of Digital Marketing.

Job Description of this Role

You will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Market Strategy and Planning:

○ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the Singapore and Southeast Asia market, aligning with the overall company vision.

○ Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and key competitors in the region.

○ Utilize insights to drive effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Regional Campaign Management:

○ Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.

○ Collaborate with local agencies and internal teams to create compelling marketing materials that resonate with the target audience.

○ Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Brand Management:

○ Ensure the Berkeley Group brand is effectively represented and communicated in the Singapore and Southeast Asia market.

○ Uphold brand guidelines and standards across all marketing materials and initiatives.
  • Digital Marketing and Online Presence:

○ Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, social media, and email marketing, to increase brand visibility and engage with potential customers.

○ Stay updated with digital marketing trends and explore innovative ways to leverage digital platforms effectively.
  • Design:

○ Apply design expertise to create visually compelling marketing materials, digital assets, and brand presentations. Provide regular budget reports and forecasts to relevant stakeholders.

○ Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure all materials uphold our brand identity and aesthetic.

○ Utilize design software to optimize visuals for various platforms and formats.

○ Proficient in Design tools and software like Adobe Creative Suite
  • Event Coordination:
○ Collaborate with sales teams to maximize event impact and drive customer engagement.
  • Stakeholder Communication:

○ Liaise with key internal stakeholders, including senior management and sales teams, to align marketing efforts with business objectives and sales targets.

○ Collaborate with global marketing teams to share best practices and leverage global marketing assets effectively.

Candidate requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Min Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (at least 5 years) in marketing roles, with a focus on the Singapore and Southeast Asia market, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore and Southeast Asia market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and cultural sensitivities.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns and initiatives in the region.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, content creation, and online advertising.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
