Responsibilities:
✨ Source and screen applicants through various channels
✨ Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
✨ Liaise with overseas partners and manage applicant pipelines
✨ Prepare and organise applicant profiles for client presentation
✨ Coordinate interview arrangements and follow-up processes
✨ Engage with applicants through phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and other platforms
✨ Respond to enquiries and provide timely follow-ups
✨ Build rapport and maintain positive relationships
✨ Schedule and coordinate consultations or calls
✨ Update applicant interactions and engagement records

✔ Enjoys interacting and communicating with people
✔ Clear and professional in written and spoken communication
✔ Organised and able to manage multiple conversations
✔ Responsible, reliable, and self-motivated
✔ Willing to learn and follow structured processes
No prior experience required — training and guidance will be provided.
