• Source, screen, and shortlist domestic helpers (Indonesia, Myanmar, etc.)
• Conduct interviews and assess fit for Singapore households
• Match helpers to clients based on needs and preferences
• Manage onboarding, paperwork & post-placement support
• Deliver outstanding service to both clients and helpers
• Maintain accurate recruitment records (Excel/CRM-based)

• ✅ 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment or helper placement
• ✅ CEI certification (Basic or KAH) is a must
• ✅ Strong communication & people skills (English & regional languages a plus)
• ✅ Self-motivated and results-driven
• ✅ Organised, adaptable, and team-focused
• ✅ Tech-friendly (Microsoft Office / Google Sheets / CRM tools)
