We are looking for an experienced Maid Agency Personnel / Key Appointment Holder to manage end-to-end employment agency operations and sales.
Roles & Responsibilities- Handle customer enquiries and end-to-end placement process
- Understand employers’ requirements and recommend suitable helpers
- Interview helpers and prepare accurate biodata and documentation
- Arrange and conduct interviews between employers and helpers
- Perform Work Permit transactions via MOM WP Online
- Arrange MOM appointments (thumbprint, card collection, etc.)
- Provide after-sales support and mediate employer-helper issues
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and EA requirements
- Relevant experience in a licensed Maid / Employment Agency
- Possess valid CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries)
- Familiar with MOM rules, WP Online, and FDW procedures
- Able to handle employer and helper matters independently
- Good communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
- Responsible, ethical, and customer-oriented
