Senior Facilities Manager (Tier 4 Certification) - East Changi - Pasir Ris

We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Senior Facilities Manager with Tier 4 Certification to oversee the operation and maintenance of our critical infrastructure. This role is vital in ensuring the optimal performance, safety, and reliability of our facility, with a strong emphasis on compliance with Tier 4 data center standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of facility operations, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and life safety systems in a Tier 4 environment.
• Ensure continuous uptime and reliability of mission-critical systems in accordance with Tier 4 requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Supervise vendors, contractors, and in-house technical staff to ensure high standards of service and compliance.
• Oversee energy management, sustainability initiatives, and operational cost optimization.
• Manage incident response protocols and conduct root cause analysis for system failures or interruptions.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Report operational performance metrics and compliance data to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in facility processes and systems.

Qualifications:

• Tier 4 Certification (Uptime Institute or equivalent) is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, power distribution, cooling systems, and fire protection.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and BMS (Building Management Systems).
