Job Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of building facilities (maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.)
Plan and manage renovation and improvement projects
Develop and control facilities budget, ensuring cost efficiency
Manage service contracts and vendor performance
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
Lead facilities team and supervise maintenance staff
Coordinate space planning and office layout changes
Monitor building systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
Implement energy-saving and sustainability initiatives
Prepare reports and updates for senior management
Develop emergency and disaster recovery plans

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or related field
At least 5 years of relevant experience in facilities or building management is preferred
Possession of at least a Tier 2 / Tier 4 Facilities Management ( CMFE ) certificate is required.
