Human Resource Intern (Learning & Development Focus)

Location: Singapore | Commitment: Full-time Internship
Duration: 3 to 6 months. 6 months will be preferred.

Start Date: Immediate or based on availability

At Trinax, we don’t just build interactive experiences – we design, innovate, and rethink how people connect with brands and technology. Our secret sauce? A highly multidisciplinary team – from designers, developers, and strategists to engineers, animators, and producers – all coming together as one.

With so many domains and expertise working in unison, Learning & Development (L&D) plays a vital role in empowering everyone with relevant know-how, even if it lies outside their own field. Because when we understand more about each other’s work, we collaborate better, think deeper, and build greater.

We’re on the lookout for a Human Resource Intern with a passion for L&D to join our fast-paced, cross-functional environment. If you’re someone who loves uncovering stories, turning insights into engaging content, and helping teams grow through purposeful learning – this is for you.

Your Mission

To immerse, observe, and document the vibrant day-to-day operations at Trinax, and convert these valuable insights into digestible, dynamic learning materials for the team.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Shadow various departments to understand project workflows, team dynamics, and best practices.
  • Produce short, engaging training videos with commentary to capture real-time learnings from projects.
  • Collaborate with team leads to identify learning moments across departments and project types.
  • Curate and categorise content into learning playlists based on time periods, project nature, or departmental focus.
  • Organise and host monthly online training and sharing sessions, enabling team members to learn from real case studies and internal experts.
  • Explore new methods of knowledge transfer and build a culture of continuous learning across the company.
What We’re Looking For
  • Passionate about L&D, organisational behaviour, or human resource development.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills – both written and visual.
  • Resourceful, observant, and proactive in identifying learning opportunities.
  • Comfortable using tools for video editing, content curation, or presentation design (e.g. Canva, CapCut, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Curious and eager to understand how people work, collaborate, and grow in a creative tech environment.
What You’ll Gain
  • Hands-on experience building an L&D framework from the ground up.
  • Opportunity to shape how knowledge is shared and retained in a fast-growing tech company.
  • Mentorship from management and seniors, and exposure to real business operations.
  • A creative and collaborative team culture that supports experimentation and personal growth.
