Your Mission
To immerse, observe, and document the vibrant day-to-day operations at Trinax, and convert these valuable insights into digestible, dynamic learning materials for the team.
What You’ll Be Doing- Shadow various departments to understand project workflows, team dynamics, and best practices.
- Produce short, engaging training videos with commentary to capture real-time learnings from projects.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify learning moments across departments and project types.
- Curate and categorise content into learning playlists based on time periods, project nature, or departmental focus.
- Organise and host monthly online training and sharing sessions, enabling team members to learn from real case studies and internal experts.
- Explore new methods of knowledge transfer and build a culture of continuous learning across the company.
- Passionate about L&D, organisational behaviour, or human resource development.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills – both written and visual.
- Resourceful, observant, and proactive in identifying learning opportunities.
- Comfortable using tools for video editing, content curation, or presentation design (e.g. Canva, CapCut, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Curious and eager to understand how people work, collaborate, and grow in a creative tech environment.
- Hands-on experience building an L&D framework from the ground up.
