The Role
You'll guide clients through selecting or commissioning the perfect jewellery pieces for their special occasions. This position combines product knowledge with relationship-building skills to create memorable client experiences and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Advise clients on suitable jewellery for milestone occasions using expert knowledge of gems and design
- Ask insightful questions to help clients discover what they didn't know they needed
- Be an attentive listener to create win-win solutions for both clients and Carrie K.
- Create exceptional customer experiences that generate repeat business and referrals
- Build and maintain a client portfolio to proactively achieve sales targets
- Manage client design orders and follow ups with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all stock is well-presented
- Create appealing visual displays that elevate the brand experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in jewellery sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to build lasting client relationships
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Quick to learn new software applications
- Comprehensive training in gems, jewellery, and sales techniques
