Job Description – Sales Consultant

1. Promoting and selling the Company’s products and services to new and existing clients, both in person and online.
2. Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable product recommendations.
3. Achieving monthly sales targets and proactively identifying new business opportunities.
4. Preparing and presenting accurate sales proposals, quotations, and product information.
5. Handling client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
6. Keeping detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using the Company’s reporting system.
7. Participating in training sessions, product briefings, and promotional events as required.
8. Providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and promote repeat business.
9. Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth processing of sales orders and deliveries.
10. Performing any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
