Responsibilities:

Shipping Administration

Prepare, process, and verify shipping documents such as BL, invoices, packing lists, and delivery orders
Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and warehouse teams for booking, pickup, and delivery arrangements
Track and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time arrival and resolve delays
Maintain accurate records of all import / export transactions and shipment schedules
Ensure compliance with customs regulations

Customer Service

Serves as main point of contact for client inquiries regarding shipment status, delivery updates, and documentation
Maintain customer orders from entry to fulfillment, ensuring service standards are met
Handle feedback, complaints, and service recovery in a professional manner
Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless coordination

Prepare reports and assist with billing / claims processing as needed

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Freight-Forwarding or any related fields
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP / WMS system will be advantageous
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills is a plus
