Supervisor (Project/Site)

Job Description:

• Conduct site survey and prepare risk assessments, safe operation procedures etc and submit to customer for approval on the task.
• Brief the team on the RA, SOP prior to the collection or maintenance, conduct toolbox meeting.
• Perform inspections at various project site.
• Plan manpower, stores, equipment and other support required to execute projects.
• Check and test store equipments are in correct quantity and good working order and condition.
• Coordinate with customer for onsite requirements and conduct LMRA if necessary.
• Execute and complete projects safely, on time and meeting customer satisfaction and provide feedback when needed.
• Check and ensure proper documentation of movement of stores.
• Conduct training on safety and operations aspects/ toolbox meeting/roll call/On Job Training.
• Lead a team of workers only at project site.
• Attend WWTP maintenance daily and create update the record.
• Conduct minor checking or maintenance if required.
• Coordinate and lead for emergency response (Day/Night).

Minimum Requirement:

• Diploma in Mechanical, or ITC certificate with at least 2 years of relevant job experience
• Possesses Class 3 driving license
• Must be Independent, confidence, resourceful, safety conscious and demonstrate strong work integrity to complete assignments efficiently and effectively
• Proficient in MS Words and Excel
• Able to commit weekend/PH duties
