Manufacturing Supervisor (Penjuru)

Job Responsibilities :

• To supervise and lead a team of leaders and technicians to achieve the section objectives.
• To take charge of AOI Processing
• Responsible for his / her section daily activities and overall performance.
• To ensure products produced with good quality and optimal cost.
• To minimize WIP and maximize output within the section, while managing the section’s delivery performance.
• To conduct OJT training and to update certification / re-certification records and any other training records.
• To maintain good communications and teamwork with all levels of staff, whether within the section or with others. These include chairing daily staff briefings.
• Ensure operators adhere to ensure work procedures and carry out in the correct manner.
• To enforce discipline and morale of the workforce.
• To maintain a high standard of housekeeping and safety in the section.
• To feedback to relevant departments on quality related issues.
• To conduct initial investigation and analysis to customer returned boards.
• Responsibilities with respect to significant aspects related link to operational control [*] in work area.
• Coaching, counseling and grievance handling role to operators assigned.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements :

• Min Diploma or Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 2yrs of relevant working experience
• Good supervisory and communication skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing and testing of PCB is preferable
• Proficient in MS Office applications
