Assistant Engineer (Electrical/Electronic)

The Assistant Engineer (Electrical) will support the engineering team in the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems. The role requires basic technical knowledge and the ability to assist in project coordination and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and preparation of electrical drawings using AutoCAD
• Support installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems
• Troubleshoot basic electrical issues and carry out rectification works
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients for project execution
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and regulatory requirements
• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and drawings

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Knowledge of electrical circuits and systems
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Able to read and understand technical drawings
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to work on-site when required
