BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Oversight of all operation in company, reporting directly to Director

• Make critical decisions relating to the ground management of operational assignments and manpower deployment matters.
• Train and supervise operations team to ensure compliance to established procedures and SOP.
• Support and assist project executives in commercial / contractual negotiations with professional consultants and Clients in the process of executing construction contracts;
• Monitor the implementation of commercial policies and procedures within Singapore region ensuring legal compliance;
• Provide commercial, contractual and legal support to tenders teams;
• Acts as a representative of the company on Supervisory Boards of Joint Ventures exercising executive control of Project Management Teams;
• Review the reports on the status of projects indicating current status with regards to financial situation and provide guidance and recommendations for improvement;
• Compilation and presentation of claims management strategies;
• Advise on dispute avoidance and dispute resolution strategies;
