We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Manager to lead bill adjustment operations and oversee a team handling patient billing enquiries. This role plays a key part in ensuring billing accuracy, service excellence, and process improvement.

• Job Scope
• Lead and manage the end-to-end bill adjustment process
• Review and validate documents, and resolve billing discrepancies
• Ensure accuracy, compliance and timely processing
• Manage and coach customer liaison officers (front counter & email)
• Handle escalated cases and ensure prompt resolution
• Identify gaps and drive process improvements & workflow efficiency
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies & SLAs
• Enhance overall patient experience and satisfaction
• Any other duties as assigned
