We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Manager to lead bill adjustment operations and oversee a team handling patient billing enquiries. This role plays a key part in ensuring billing accuracy, service excellence, and process improvement.
- Job Scope
- Lead and manage the end-to-end bill adjustment process
- Review and validate documents, and resolve billing discrepancies
- Ensure accuracy, compliance and timely processing
- Manage and coach customer liaison officers (front counter & email)
- Handle escalated cases and ensure prompt resolution
- Identify gaps and drive process improvements & workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies & SLAs
- Enhance overall patient experience and satisfaction
- Any other duties as assigned
