Senior/Project Manager (Building Construction/A1 Main Con)

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and manage project delivery within timeline, budget, and client expectations.
• Resolve technical and site issues with internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress, track drawings/submissions, and ensure timely approvals of materials and shop drawings.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, contract specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project risks, scope changes, documentation, and performance.
• Oversee site operations including safety and compliance.
• Support tender evaluation and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and PEB-recognized.
• Around 10 years of project management experience in residential, government, and commercial buildings.
