Senior project manager (interior & architecture construction)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (Interior & Architecture Construction) to lead and oversee high-quality interior and architectural construction projects from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage interior and architectural construction projects end-to-end, from pre-contract to post-handover stages
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and risk management
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely and successful completion
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams
• Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
• Prepare project schedules, documentation, and reports; monitor on-site progress
• Attend site and coordination meetings to define scope of work, timelines, and contractor requirements
• Liaise with internal designers, sales teams, vendors, and project teams for smooth pre-site and on-site execution
• Manage contracts, variations, and cost control
• Assist in tender documentation, pricing, and client development when required
• Ensure quality workmanship, resolve project issues effectively, and meet client expectations
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to project teams
• Work independently across project, site, and stakeholder management functions

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Experience in managing interior fit out projects especially in commercial and office design & build.
• Minimum 5 Year(s)experience in interior fit out especially commercials & corporate office
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and technical details
• Ability to communicate effectively with subcontractors and site workers
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and perform under tight deadlines
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Knowledge of design and AutoCAD is an added advantage
